What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is just 12 hats — enough for a crew or a first retail test — with bulk pricing tiers as quantities grow.

How fast will my hats arrive?

Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished hats ship in about 2 weeks — express turnaround is available when you are working to an opening or an event.

Is it genuine leather?

Full-grain leather — the top layer of the hide with the grain intact, so it darkens and softens with wear. Bonded and split leather, which most cheap patches use, cracks at the fold within a season and we do not stock it.

Which cap style should I choose?

Mesh-back trucker for the classic look and summer wear, unstructured dad hat for soft everyday comfort, structured fitted or flat brim when the patch needs to be larger and the silhouette sharper, and beanies for autumn and winter.

How large can the leather patch be?

About 3 by 2 inches on an unstructured dad hat before the panel buckles, and up to 3.5 by 2.5 inches on a structured trucker or fitted cap. We will tell you if your artwork needs more room than the cap you picked can give it.

Will my logo engrave cleanly?

Most do. Fine hairlines and small text can close up as leather chars slightly at the cut edge, so our design team thickens strokes where needed and sends an engraving proof at actual patch size before any run.

Can each hat carry a different name?

Yes, with no per-piece setup charge. Send a spreadsheet with one row per hat and each patch is engraved individually, then bagged and labelled with that name.

Can I order a sample first?

Our minimum of 12 exists so you can hold the hat before committing to a retail run. Order a small batch, wear one for a fortnight, then scale up on exactly the same file.
